Chris Fecteau is a Staff Product Designer at nCino, where he brings a people-first, business-minded, and tech-aware approach to designing tools that power the future of banking. With a background that ranges from IT support to cheerleading coach to professional magician, Chris’s path into UX is anything but ordinary—and that’s exactly what makes his design perspective so unique.

Before joining nCino, Chris taught UX at General Assembly, where he’s known for his dynamic teaching style and deep commitment to mentoring new designers. Whether he’s guiding teams through product strategy or coaching students through their first wireframe, Chris infuses everything he does with energy, empathy, and a deep belief in human-centered design.

Outside of work, you’ll find Chris riding his vintage motorcycle through New England, performing the occasional magic trick, or judging a cheer competition. He believes the best products—like the best performances—are built on clarity, timing, and a touch of delight.
