Chris Fecteau is a Staff Product Designer who believes that great design starts with radical empathy. With a foundation in IT and a passion for creating intuitive, emotionally resonant experiences, Chris sees design not just as problem-solving, but as an act of listening. With experience spanning startups, creative agencies, and enterprise systems, Chris has contributed to projects for clients like Penn Mutual Insurance, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Barnes Foundation, and Safer Path Family Violence Shelter. Most recently he has designed and launched innovative AI products and experience at nCino, inc the last 3 years.

Whether working in-house or consulting with mission-driven teams, he grounds his UX practice in a simple principle: understand people first, then build. From product strategy to interaction design, his approach is both human-centered and outcome-driven, balancing business needs with the emotional intelligence needed to create forward thinking products.

Outside of work, he’s a passionate vinyl collector, an unapologetic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles enthusiast, and knows his way around a green- both golf and pool table. A former off-broadway magician and motorcycle coach, Chris finds joy in sweating the details most people overlook—just like in his favorite book, _The Little Prince_, which reminds him daily that what is essential is invisible to the eye.
