Jacob has been a UX Researcher since 2019 and has worked with teams ranging anywhere from robotics to healthcare.Jacob is currently working for CHG Healthcare as a UX Researcher and is helping lead research and foster a mindset of exploration among the team he supports. Jacob is a big believer that anyone can do research, all we need are the right tools and a drive for curiosity.
