Kylie Dunkley is a designer, founder, and collaboration nerd who believes great products start with great relationships. She is the co-founder and Chief Design Officer at Allboarder, a SaaS company helping HR teams and hiring managers simplify onboarding by templatizing meetings, tasks, and communications across roles. She leads both product design and marketing.
Before Allboarder, Kylie led design teams at Pluralsight, Help Scout, and Pendo, working on products used by global audiences. Her work has spanned shared inboxes, global templates, Q&A platforms, in-app guides, and gamification systems. Following Pluralsight’s IPO in 2018, Kylie established a motivation and gamification team that drove measurable gains in user retention and engagement across the learning platform.
With over a decade of experience in education, data, and customer support tech, Kylie is known for bringing clarity to chaos and energy to cross-functional teams. Whether she’s aligning stakeholders, shaping product strategy, or mentoring designers, she leads with empathy, momentum, and a sharp eye for design that drives business results.
Kylie holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University–Idaho and continues to make work fun wherever she goes. She regularly mentors university students exploring careers in product and UX, and shares honest, actionable insights about design, leadership, and founding on LinkedIn.
